The rules of engagement for utilizing the EventMarketplace Command Center.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EventMarketplace ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Platform or use any of its services.
2. Acceptable Use & Conduct
The Platform provides tools for managing event logistics, generating digital invitations, and tracking RSVPs. You agree that you will not use the Platform to:
- Send unsolicited communications, spam, or misleading invitations.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempts to compromise the platform's integrity.
- Upload guest data for which you do not have the legal right or consent to process.
3. Limitation of Liability
EventMarketplace provides software tools to assist in event planning. We do not guarantee the success of your event, the attendance of your guests, or the performance of third-party vendors.
In no event shall EventMarketplace, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Africa.
